Job Responsibilities_ Sales Executive:

  1. Builds business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients.
  2. Understand client’s needs and propose solutions that suit them best.
  3. Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
  4.  Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing.
  5. Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties value.
  6. Accompany the customer for site visits & display property to them.
  7. Develop network and engage with various channel partners / brokers & promote sales.
  8. Participate in active marketing initiatives, from cold calling to attending industry events.

 

Desired Candidate Profile

They should possess good communication skills.

Experience: 0-4 Years.

Salary: Not a bar for good candidates.
